Welcome to gChat, an online chat platform integrated into the appsPride ecosystem.

Before using the service, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing, browsing or using gChat, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and community rules.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use gChat.


1. Responsible entity

gChat is a digital application integrated into the appsPride ecosystem.

appsPride is responsible for the management, development, maintenance, technical evolution, moderation and enforcement of the platform’s rules of use.

Content shared by users remains owned by its respective holders, but the user grants appsPride a limited licence to store, transmit, display, moderate, process and make such content available within the platform, as necessary for the operation of the service.

21. LGBTQIA+ community

gChat was created with the aim of offering a communication space for adults, focused on inclusion, respect, freedom of expression and coexistence within legal limits and community rules.

22. Prohibited content involving minors

It is absolutely prohibited to use gChat to publish, request, send, suggest, promote, store, transmit or search for any content involving minors in a sexual, abusive, exploitative or illegal context.

Any suspicion of this type of content may result in immediate blocking, preservation of relevant technical data and reporting to the competent authorities, where applicable.

gChat may be available through app stores, websites, WebView, Progressive Web App or other distribution methods.

Availability in an app store does not mean that all features are available in all versions.

Some features may be changed, removed or limited to comply with technical rules, app store policies, legal requirements, safety standards or appsPride decisions.

The user must also comply with the terms of the platforms through which they download or use the application.

gChat may contain links to external websites, advertisements, partner pages, social networks, app stores or other third-party services.

appsPride does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, security, policies, products, services or practices.

Before interacting with any external website, you should check its own terms and privacy policies.


25. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

appsPride may update these Terms and Conditions at any time for legal, technical, operational, commercial, security or service improvement reasons.

The latest version will be available on the website or in the application.

Continued use of gChat after changes means that you accept the new Terms.
