These Community Guidelines establish the mandatory rules for using gChat and the appsPride ecosystem (including ChatGay.pt), ensuring a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for adults.
1. Sole User Responsibility (gChat Exemption)
Sending text messages, photos, videos, audio notes, and live streams is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user transmitting them. gChat and appsPride are completely extraneous and exempt from civil or criminal liability regarding user-generated content.
2. Mandatory 18+ Age Requirement & Child Protection
gChat is strictly 18+. Access by minors is prohibited. We enforce absolute zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAM/CSAE). Violations result in immediate permanent bans and reporting to law enforcement.
3. Strict Prohibition of Illegal Substances & Drug Sales
It is strictly forbidden to use gChat to offer, promote, advertise, broker, distribute, or sell illegal substances, narcotics, prescription drugs without authorization, or illicit chemicals.
Sharing price lists, dealer contacts, or delivery coordinates is strictly banned;
Using drug slang, coded words, or emojis for drug trading is actively filtered and blocked;
Violators will face immediate permanent IP/device bans and reporting to police authorities where applicable.
4. Mutual Respect & Anti-Harassment (LGBTQIA+)
Hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, blackmail, extortion (sextortion), or non-consensual sharing of intimate images is strictly prohibited.
5. Video Calls, Recordings & Screenshots Prohibited
Taking screenshots or recording other users during WebRTC video calls without explicit consent is strictly banned. Video calls are peer-to-peer (P2P) and not recorded on appsPride servers.
6. Automated Moderation (appsPride Safe) & Sanctions
Temporary Ban (1 Hour): Standard automated suspension for moderate/minor violations.
Permanent Ban: Definite exclusion for severe violations (drugs, minor safety, extortion).
Human Review: Request review of false positives via gchat@appspride.com.
