These Community Rules define the standards of use for gChat, a platform belonging to the appsPride ecosystem.
By accessing or using gChat, you agree to respect these rules, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Purpose of the community
gChat was created to enable online conversations between adult users, in public rooms and private conversations, promoting an environment of respect, freedom, safety and responsibility.
We want users to be able to chat, meet new people and interact easily, while always respecting others and the platform rules.
2. Mandatory minimum age
gChat is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or over.
Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is prohibited. If a user is identified or reported as being underage, appsPride may block access, remove associated content and take other necessary measures.
3. Respect between users
All users must treat others with respect. Behaviour intended to humiliate, intimidate, harass, threaten, insult or harm other users is not allowed.
Examples of prohibited behaviour include:
- Personal insults;
- Threats;
- Harassment;
- Stalking or insisting after refusal;
- Hate speech;
- Discriminatory comments;
- Public humiliation of other users;
- Repeated provocation intended to cause conflict.
4. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to publish, send, share or encourage any illegal, abusive, violent, misleading, offensive or risky content.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Content involving minors;
- Sexual content involving minors, whether real or fictional;
- Intimate content of third parties without consent;
- Photos, videos or audio of other people without authorisation;
- Violent, threatening or violence-inciting content;
- Discriminatory, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, transphobic or offensive content;
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide or physical harm;
- Content encouraging crimes, fraud or illegal activities;
- Personal data of third parties, such as addresses, phone numbers, documents, passwords or banking data;
- Malicious links, viruses, phishing attempts or dangerous content.
5. Adult content
gChat is a platform intended for adults. However, being an adult community does not mean that every type of content is allowed.
Adult content may be subject to rules, limitations, moderation or removal, especially when it:
- Is shared in inappropriate places;
- Is sent repeatedly or without being requested;
- Involves third parties without consent;
- Is used for harassment, pressure or blackmail;
- Violates the law, third-party rights or platform rules.
Never send intimate or sensitive content unless you are sure the other person wants to receive it.
6. Consent and personal boundaries
Consent is essential. Each user has the right to define their own boundaries. If someone does not want to continue a conversation, does not reply or asks you to stop, that decision must be respected.
It is not allowed to:
- Insist repeatedly after refusal;
- Pressure someone to send photos, videos, audio or personal data;
- Send unsolicited intimate content;
- Use blackmail, threats or emotional manipulation;
- Attempt to bypass blocks or restrictions applied by another user.
7. Privacy and personal data
Users must protect their own privacy and respect the privacy of others.
Do not share sensitive information such as address, phone number, identification documents, banking data, passwords, exact location or private information about third parties.
It is prohibited to:
- Disclose personal data of other users;
- Expose private conversations without consent;
- Publish images, videos or audio of third parties without authorisation;
- Engage in doxxing or encourage others to do so;
- Use personal information to threaten, stalk or harm someone.
8. Identity, nickname and representation
Users must not use names, images or information with the purpose of deceiving, confusing or impersonating another person, entity, brand or platform representative.
It is not allowed to:
- Impersonate another user;
- Pretend to be a moderator, administrator or representative of appsPride;
- Use offensive, discriminatory or threatening nicknames;
- Use a false identity to deceive, defraud or manipulate other users.
9. Spam, advertising and self-promotion
It is not allowed to use gChat for spam, abusive advertising, repeated link sharing or unauthorised promotion.
It is prohibited to:
- Send repeated or automated messages;
- Promote websites, groups, services or products without authorisation;
- Use bots, scripts or automation to contact users;
- Send suspicious, malicious or misleading links;
- Carry out phishing, fraudulent schemes or false promises.
10. Platform security
Any attempt to compromise, exploit, attack or harm the operation of gChat is prohibited.
It is not allowed to:
- Attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation;
- Exploit technical flaws or vulnerabilities;
- Use scripts, bots or automated tools without authorisation;
- Overload servers or harm the operation of the service;
- Attempt to bypass blocks, suspensions, limits or security systems;
- Send malicious files, viruses or dangerous links.
11. Reports
gChat provides reporting mechanisms so users can report inappropriate behaviour, messages or content.
Reports may be analysed by automated systems and also through human manual review. appsPride may apply measures based on the severity of the situation, number of reports, technical history, user behaviour and risk to the community.
False, abusive or malicious reports made with the intention of harming another user may also lead to measures against the person who submitted them.
12. Moderation and applicable measures
To protect the community, appsPride may apply moderation measures whenever considered necessary.
Measures may include, among others:
- Warning the user;
- Removing messages or content;
- Limiting features;
- Temporary block;
- Extended suspension;
- Permanent block;
- Block by IP, device, browser or other technical identifiers;
- Reporting to competent authorities, where applicable.
In certain cases, multiple reports against the same user may result in automatic temporary blocks or other preventive measures.
13. Responsible use of public rooms
Public rooms are shared spaces. Therefore, users should avoid behaviour that harms the experience of others.
In public rooms, avoid:
- Sending repeated messages;
- Interrupting conversations with spam;
- Sharing overly sensitive content without context;
- Repeatedly provoking conflict;
- Exposing private conversations;
- Publishing your own or third-party personal data.
14. Responsible use of private messages
Private messages must be used with respect and responsibility.
Do not use private messages to harass, pressure, threaten, send unsolicited content, promote schemes, send spam or attempt to bypass blocks.
If you receive an inappropriate message, you may block the user, leave the conversation or submit a report, where available.
15. User-generated content
The user is responsible for everything they write, send or share on gChat.
appsPride does not necessarily endorse the opinions, messages, images, videos or audio published by users.
Content that violates these rules, the Terms and Conditions or applicable legislation may be removed without prior notice.
16. Compliance with the law
Users must comply with the applicable laws of the country where they are located and respect the rights of other users.
Any use of the platform for illegal activities, exploitation, fraud, threats, blackmail, abuse, sharing prohibited content or violating rights may result in content removal, session/account blocking and reporting to competent authorities, where applicable.
17. Child Safety Standards
gChat has zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or user associated with child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is real, simulated, or artificially generated.
Any user can report suspected child exploitation content or behavior directly within the app, using the report feature available on every conversation and profile. These reports receive the highest priority in our moderation process.
Accounts associated with this type of content are immediately and permanently banned, the content is removed, and relevant information is reported to the competent authorities and/or specialized organizations (such as NCMEC), in compliance with applicable law.

18. Changes to the Community Rules
appsPride may update these Community Rules at any time for legal, technical, operational, security or community protection reasons.
The most recent version will be available on the website or in the application. Continued use of gChat after changes means that you have taken notice of the updated version.
